高槻市たかつきし及び高槻市たかつきし近辺きんぺんに在住ざいじゅうする、もしくは勤務先きんむさきを有ゆうする外国人がいこくじん市民しみんに対たいして日本語にほんご学習がくしゅうのお手伝てつだいをし、正ただしい日本語にほんごによるコミユニケーション能力のうりょくの向上こうじょうを図はかり、加くわえて各種かくしゅの交流こうりゅう行事ぎょうじを通つうじて相互そうごの文化ぶんかを学まなび合あい、相互そうご理解りかい、国際こくさい交流こうりゅうを深ふかめ、多文化たぶんか共生きょうせいの意識いしきを深ふかめること。 　また関連かんれん外部がいぶ団体だんたいとの関連かんれん事業じぎょうに積極的せっきょくてきに参加さんかし、相互そうご支援しえん、協働きょうどうの街まちづくりに貢献こうけんすること。

　Our mission is to support non-Japanese speakers living or working in Takatsuki City and its surrounding areas in learning Japanese, improving their communication skills, and fostering cultural exchange through various events.
　Additionally, we aim to promote mutual understanding, facilitate international exchange, and raise awareness of multicultural coexistence, while contributing to the creation of a community of mutual support and collaboration by actively engaging in projects with relevant external organizations.
